Megan graduated from National University of Singapore with a Bachelor with Honours in Economics. He works in education. Megan has previously served on the Board at HighPoint Community Services Association, holding various appointments. He also has volunteer roles in other organisations, including, serving on the Elders Board at his church. Megan appreciates the opportunity to be a part of Bridgelife’s positive impact on the marginalised and disadvantaged.

Ivan Cheong is a Singapore-based entrepreneur whose life embodies resilience, faith, and innovation. Guided by God’s grace since his youth, he overcame early academic challenges and a life-threatening bout of meningitis at 17. From coming one of the last in primary school to becoming one of the first students in Ngee Ann Polytechnic’s Poly Foundation Programme, Ivan’s journey reflects perseverance and divine purpose.
Selected among the top ten students for an entrepreneurial internship in Silicon Valley, he gained global exposure that shaped his passion for building impactful ventures. In 2019, he co-founded FATfreq, a Singapore audio company now distributing in over 20 countries, bridging professional audio and hearing care innovation. Ivan is also co-founder of Konstra Robotics, which pioneers sustainable and efficient construction robotics with a U.S. partner.
His story is one of faith, transformation, and the pursuit of excellence against all odds.
Finance Manager
Yin Yin is a Finance Assistant Manager in her current company. When she came to know that her company was involved in charitable work in association with BridgeLife Communities Ltd., Yin Yin was quick to volunteer.
With more than a decade of knowledge and experience in accounting, she is the right candidate in monitoring the funds received and expenditure.
Being of Myanmar nationality and having worked in Singapore, she is delighted and grateful to be able to help those less fortunate back in Myanmar with BridgeLife (Children’s Home in Myanmar).
Yin Yin is a good-natured person with a passion to help others. She believes that if everyone lends just a small helping hand, it will reach out to many people. Volunteering gives her the opportunity to make a difference in other people's lives in the community, regionally and internationally, including her own.
IT Manager
Jeffrey has a knack for processes and organisational excellence, a skill that he has employed extensively as the Senior IT & Operations Manager in his present role in the Innovare Group. He has also turned his passion for the information technology space into a career, having initially obtained a Diploma in IT and then went on to set up the IT systems for the group that spans 6 countries.
Jeffrey volunteers these expertise within BridgeLife with equal passion.
